We believe in local Brisbane manufacturing and design. We know that quality & care is the heart of any business. It’s in our DNA.
We specialise in high end CNC router product development, design and CAD with a particular focus on specilist concrete formwork and moulds for architectectural construction builds. We know top and bottom arc plates all too well!!
From 3D design development to general 2D shape cutting or 3D shape milling – we’ve got the tools to make your project come to life. Using our design knowledge and of course our two big CNC routers – we’ll make it happen.
Our Capabilities
CNC Routing
We have two CNC flat bed nesting routers at our workshop. We've invested in our capacity and allows us to push work through faster than most others.
Laser Cutting
Believe it or not we also laser cut! We have a 130W laser capable of cutting pieces 11x60x850mm. Do you need bigger parts? No worries - we've made partner relationships with other workshops with seriously big cutting envelopes - so we can still help you out.
3D Printing
From rapid prototyping to small batch manufacturing - we can print your widget or designs. We have the ability to print basic filaments (PLAs & PETG) all the way up to engineering grade plastics too (Nylon, ABS, ASA, PPA)
Partnership Manufacturing
We've teamed up with some amazing complimentry companies to PD - it makes our experience a seamless one. We have direct access to the workshops of a range of other providers which means you don't need to shop around to complete your job.
